Located just off Gothenburg’s most beautiful and busy square, Drottingtorget, Gothenburg downtown. Noot is a new, lunch and dinner restaurant that inspires people to come together in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. With this in mind, our aim was to create a signature look that both embodies the restaurant’s character and clearly references our Nordic kitchen and heritage. An interior that feels both hand-crafted and sleek with vibrant colours and natural materials, and a dedication to fun functionality.
